LLS (Lavorazione Leghe Speciali - working special alloys) is an artisan company located near Brescia , whose prevalent activity is the manufacturing of titanium screws.
Established in 1990, LLS has now reached an important position in its own field (mechanical working of titanium), becoming a leader company on European level.
The principal products of LLS ( screws, nuts and other small parts) are not only realized with pure titanium ( grade 1, 2, 3,4) and its alloys ( Ti6Al4V – grade 5), but also with high strength aluminium 7075 alloys (Ergal) and special steels.
LLS is particularly manufacturing mechanical parts in titanium, carbon, aluminium, production of titanium and aluminium 7075 fasteners and small parts, kits and racing parts for motorbike and bycicle, titanium screws for medical use, traumatology and orthopaedic use, pieces on drawing, laser cutting, water jet cutting, microcutting.
LLS also produces titanium screws, titanium bolts, titanium nuts, titanium washers, titanium studs, titanium bars, titanium plates, titanium wire, titanium small parts, titanium springs, titanium accessories, motorbike titanium accessories.
Since 1997 the company is working according the standards of the UNI EN ISO 9001 (Vision 2000)
